RETURNS POLICY
CANCELING AN ORDER
If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you've placed it. Our system sends that order immediately to ship. After 24 hours if you would like to cancel your order, the amount will be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email 4x4 Outfitter at info@4x4outfitter.com Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing info@4x4outfitter.com to have the item returned. All cancelled orders will be charged a 5% credit card and processing fee. If Shopify Installments is the payment choice a 7% processing fee will be charged.
REFUSALS, UNDELIVERABLE, ADDRESS CHANGES, REDIRECTS
$20 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund. If you would like to return an item, it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
DEFECTIVE & WARRANTY
4x4 Outfitter does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. 4x4 Outfitter shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. 4x4 Outfitter does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.
If you wish, you may contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage, otherwise you may contact a member of our customer service department for assistance.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
If you received the wrong product, contact our Customer Service department by calling 260-437-4517 or emailing photos of the incorrect part to info@4x4outfitter.com, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible. You, or your mechanic, are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle before installation; we do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PARTS
If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Then, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to our Customer Service Department at info@4x4outfitter.com. Please include your sales order number and the name the order was placed under. Our customer service department will then contact you as soon as possible. Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Missing packages must be reported to 4x4 Outfitter within 24 hours following notice of delivery. To account for late deliveries by the carrier, or errors in delivery, we require a 3 business day waiting period before filing a missing package claim. If package shows delivered, 4x4 Outfitter may request a police report be filed. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery or exchanges of products.

*ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED* ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE LOCATION LISTED ON YOUR RMA FORM AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%.
All return orders will be charged a 5% credit card and processing fee. If Shop Pay Installments were used for payment a 7% processing fee will be applied.
-Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by 4x4 Outfitter are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
-An RMA number can be obtained from 4x4 Outfitter by sending an email to info@4x4outfitter.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.
-A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after thirty days will not be authorized.
-Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
-No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles. All Wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. MFG’s warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.
--You will be responsible for paying any original and return freight charges.

4x4 Outfitter often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, programmers and calibrators, custom items, suspension components, Mastercraft items, Audio Head units, radio's Walkie Talkie CB/GMRS. special order items or items labeled as clearance or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both 4x4 Outfitter and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.
4x4 Outfitter also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently, custom or special order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
-Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.
-RMA’s issued within 30 (30) days of receiving the item will have a refund processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment.
-Once your return shipment has been received and approved your return will be processed.
-The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices.
-4x4 Outfitter does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the original shipping charges. Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment.
